If you would like to request the deletion of personal data we hold in connection with your interactions with the Facebook Pages we manage, including Messenger conversations and lead information, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

• Send us an email. Email management@scdigitalmarketingph.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
• Provide the necessary details. Include your Facebook name and the name of the Facebook Page you contacted so we can identify the relevant records.
• Wait for confirmation. We will review your request and, where applicable, delete the relevant conversation records, lead information, and associated Page-scoped user ID (PSID) data within 30 days of receiving your request. We will confirm the outcome by email.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to locate your records or verify your request.

How to Remove App Access on Facebook

You can also remove an app’s access to your Facebook account through Facebook’s settings:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
• Find Apps and websites.
• Select the relevant app and choose Remove, if available.

Removing an app’s access does not necessarily delete data previously collected or retained by SC Digital Marketing. To request deletion of that data, please follow the email process above.
